French Customer Advisor
This is a
- time, remote position supporting one of our global partner projects across various industries. You would be working within a large international platform that collaborates with major brands to provide
- quality services and solutions. Projects across different industries (technology, digital platforms, consumer services, and more)
Role Description
As a Customer Service Advisor for the French market, you will handle customer inquiries through inbound calls, chat, and
- office tasks.
Responsibilities may vary depending on the project but generally include customer support, issue resolution, answering questions, managing requests, and providing solutions in a professional, empathetic, and
- oriented manner.
Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Support, or similar roles
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage inbound calls, chat, and
- office channels - Fluency in French (native/C1) and a good level of English
- Experience in international environments is an advantage
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and
- focused - EU Passport or Portuguese Residence Card
