French Customer Care for Global Retailer - Remote (North of Portugal)

Join our team as a French Customer Care representative supporting a globally renowned retailer from the comfort of your home in Portugal!

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.

- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information.

- Handle complaints and offer effective solutions.

- Maintain accurate records of interactions.

Requirements:

- Fluency in French (C1/C2) and good command of English (B2), both written and spoken.

- Previous customer service experience is a plus.

- Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends.

- Residency in Portugal (preferably Coimbra or further north);



no relocation assistance provided.

- Ability to travel to Braga for equipment collection.

- EU passport, valid residence card for Portugal, or a
- seeker visa for Portugal.

This is a

- Monday to Friday:

Additional Details:

- Location:

Remote (Candidates from Coimbra and further north only)

- Equipment collection from Braga office.

- Start Date:

March 20, 2025

- Salary:

EUR 880/month (paid over 14 months)

- Performance Bonus:

EUR 170/month
