French Customer Care for Global Retailer - Remote (North of Portugal)

Join our team as a French Customer Care representative supporting a globally renowned retailer from the comfort of your home in Portugal!

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information.
• Handle complaints and offer effective solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions.

Requirements:

• Fluency in French (C1/C2) and good command of English (B2), both written and spoken.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
• Residency in Portugal (preferably Coimbra or further north); no relocation assistance provided.
• Ability to travel to Braga for equipment collection.
• EU passport, valid residence card for Portugal, or a
  - seeker visa for Portugal.

Work Schedule:

This is a
- time role (40 hours/week) with rotational shifts scheduled as follows:

• Monday to Friday: 09:00 - 21:30
• Saturday: 09:00 - 20:00
• Sunday: 10:00 - 19:00

Additional Details:

• Location: Remote (Candidates from Coimbra and further north only)
• Equipment collection from Braga office.
• Start Date: March 20, 2025
• Salary: EUR 880/month (paid over 14 months)
• Performance Bonus: EUR 170/month
• Other Benefits:
• Meal allowance: EUR 7. 23/day (paid via meal card)
• Health insurance: from day 1 (contribution required); free after 6 months
• Position Bonus: EUR 20/month
• Extra pay for holidays and Sundays
