About The Role

As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll be the
- to person for customers—handling their questions and concerns through phone, email, and chat. You’ll play a key role in delivering quick, accurate solutions while making every interaction feel easy, professional, and positive.

Main Responsibilities

• Connect with customers through phone, email, and chat—always with empathy, clarity, and professionalism.
• Tackle all kinds of questions: from product details and troubleshooting to account assistance.
• Make sure every customer feels guided, heard, and supported from start to finish.
• Keep detailed notes and update customer records to ensure smooth
  - ups.
• Spot and elevate complex issues when needed, collaborating with the right teams to find fast solutions.
• Partner with internal departments to streamline processes and deliver
  - tier service.
• Meet (and aim to exceed!) your performance goals around quality, accuracy, and response times.
• Stay sharp by learning about product updates, new tools, and customer service best practices.

Requirements

• Fluent in French (C2)
• English B2 or higher
• EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a
  - oriented environment
• Prior experience in a customer service role is a plus
