Your Job
Join the airline industry Help travelers across Europe, North Africa, and the Middle East with bookings, changes, and questions. Provide excellent service and create great experiences.
What You'll Do
- Support customers by phone, email, and chat
- Answer questions about bookings, sales, and complaints
- Handle sensitive cases with care and professionalism
- Create, change, or cancel flight reservations
- Support ticket operations: issue, modify, cancel
- Share accurate info in
- time to help customers decide - Deliver positive, memorable service
- Listen actively and give personalized solutions
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in French, both written and spoken
- Good English skills (B2 level)
- 6+ months experience in customer service (required)
- Experience in tourism/travel = big plus
- Great communication, empathy & teamwork
- Knowledge of GDS tools (Sabre, Amadeus, Galileo) = advantage
- Flexibility to work in shifts
