French Customer Service - Energy Sector

Our client is a renowned multinational consultancy, and in the context of the expansion of its business in Portugal, is looking for French speakers to work as Back
Office & Customer Service in the Energy Sector.

Responsabilidades Chave

• Back‑office: Analysis, correction and verification of invoices and documents.
• Customer Service: Telephone contact for clarification and resolution.

Competências

• 12th grade (minimum).
• French C1/C2 (eliminatory).
• Back office experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of MS Office and Internet.
• Immediate availability to start work.

Principais Benefícios

• Employment contract with Randstad.
• Gross Remuneration 1050€; S. A =7, 63€; Bonus of 100€ per month and paid quarterly ( 300€ ).
• Working hours 8h-17h
• Weekends off.
