Help people build their online presence!

You’ll support users of a popular
- building platform that helps businesses, bloggers, and creatives design and grow their websites.

Your Tasks

• Support users by chat, email, and phone
• Troubleshoot issues with the platform
• Explain features and how to use them
• Work with other teams to fix complex technical problems
• Stay updated on new tools and platform changes
• Share user feedback to help improve the service

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in French and good level of English, both written and spoken
• You are
  - savvy and quick to learn new tools

You know or are excited about digital marketing or web design

You are a strong
- solver with a calm attitude

You have 1+ year of customer service experience

You have a stable job history

Excellent communication skills

You work well independently and manage your time
