Your Job

Your Tasks

• ? Answer customer questions via phone, chat, email, and social media
• ? Help with account setup, login issues, and verifications
• ? Support with payments and account details
• ⚙ Solve technical problems and guide users through the platform
• ? Be a helpful expert in the sports and gaming world
• ? Respond quickly and kindly to all inquiries and complaints
• ? Build trust with customers through friendly communication
• ? Share ideas to improve how we work

What We’re Looking For

• ✔ Proficiency in French, both written and spoken
• ✔ English (B2 level)
• ⚽ Passion for sports
• ? Good typing and computer skills (MS Office, etc. )
• ? Quick learner with tech skills
• ? Clear communicator who explains things simply
• ? 6+ months of experience in customer service (same job)
• ? Positive attitude and a team player
• ⌛ Willing to work rotating shifts
