Responsibilities

• Support customers by phone, email & chat
• Answer questions about orders, subscriptions, and invoices
• Follow up on customer requests until fully solved
• Work with other teams to make sure requests are handled smoothly
• Provide a

• Fluent in French, both written and spoken
• Good English skills (B2 level)
• Friendly and clear communication
