Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative to join our international team. In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, provide accurate information, and deliver
- quality assistance with a strong customer focus.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Sunday, 08:00 19:00 (rotating shifts)
• Possibility to extend late shift until 21:00 as per client agreement (has not occurred since launch)
• 2 rotating days off per week

Profile Requirements

• Native or fluent level of French (written and spoken)
• Good command of English (minimum B1 recommended)
• Strong communication and
  - solving skills
• Customer-oriented mindset with ability to multitask
• Flexibility to work rotating schedules
• Based in mainland Portugal (remote role)

What We Offer

• Competitive salary: 1, 000 euros (x14 months)
• Daily meal allowance of 7. 63 euros
• Performance bonus: up to 50 euros (x12 months)
• Estimated total monthly compensation: 1, 222 euros
• Relocation package (for candidates moving from abroad):
• Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months (280 euros/month, all utilities included, deducted directly from payslip)
• Reimbursement of airfare (up to 400 euros, economy class) after 6 months of contract
