About the Role
We are seeking a
French-speaking Customer Service Representative with fluency in English
to join our team in Lisbon and support one of the world's leading airlines. If you are passionate about travel, customer care, and

Key Responsibilities
- Provide
exceptional customer support
in Spanish via phone, email, and chat. - Assist passengers with flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and general inquiries.
- Handle requests regarding baggage,
- in, boarding, and loyalty programs. - Offer solutions to customer issues while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient resolution of cases.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Fluency in French
(C2 level). - Strong command of
English
(B2 or higher). - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with strong
- solving abilities. - Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience in customer service or the airline/travel industry is a plus.
