Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated French Customer Service Representative to join our team in Braga, Portugal. This onsite role involves providing exceptional support to French-speaking customers. You will work in rotational shifts from Monday to Friday, with your days off being Saturday and Sunday. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service in French via phone, email, and live chat.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and offer detailed product information in a professional and efficient manner.
• Strive to resolve customer concerns quickly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Fluency in French (both written and spoken) is essential.

• Flexibility to work Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 19:00, in a rotational shift pattern.
