Your Responsibilities and Impact As a French-speaking Customer Service Representative, you will:

Provide excellent customer support across multiple communication channels (phone, email, social media)

Deliver solutions and troubleshooting to ensure customers enjoy a smooth experience

Act as a mentor for consumers and guide them with clear and friendly communication

Redirect cases to relevant departments when necessary, ensuring timely resolution

Contribute to creating a positive customer journey with patience and professionalism

Native-level French and at least B2 English

Strong understanding of customer experience value and impact

Excellent listening and communication skills

Enthusiastic, energetic, and proactive in

Already living in Lisbon or willing to relocate with the provided relocation package

What’s in It for You? Contract & Working Conditions

Renewable
- term contract

Full-time position (40h/week, 8h/day)

Rotating shifts between Monday and Sunday (7 AM – 9 PM)

Salary Package

With free accommodation (shared flat, bills included): 1, 040€ gross/month

Without accommodation: 1, 240€ gross/month

Training

4-week paid training program (50% of your hourly wage)
