Exciting Opportunity for French Speakers – Remote Customer Service in Portugal

Are you a fluent French speaker looking for an international opportunity? We are hiring French Customer Service Representatives to join a diverse team supporting a global client. This role offers the chance to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment while enhancing your customer service skills.

Important: This position is remote within mainland Portugal, excluding the islands. You can work comfortably from home, but only if you reside in Portugal – working from abroad is not allowed.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
3. Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience.
4. Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when needed.

Requirements:

1. Fluent French (C1/C2) with native accent from France, Belgium or Switzerland.
2. Good English communication skills (B2).
3. Strong
   - solving and communication skills.
4. Residence in Portugal – only mainland, excluding the islands.
5. European passport (no sponsorship or visa support available).
6. Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
