We are excited to offer a unique internship opportunity at Powerdot, designed specifically for those interested in exploring the rapidly growing field of electric mobility. This
- level role is ideal for students or young professionals who are eager to gain

Key Responsibilities During The Internship

• Assist with customer inquiries and support through various channels, including inbound/outbound calls and emails.
• Learn and master key tools, such as contact management systems and knowledge bases.
• Support investigation of issues, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting.
• Escalate and triage critical issues, ensuring they are resolved efficiently.
• Provide feedback on processes, offering recommendations to enhance operations.
• Complete thorough documentation of customer interactions and trends.

Details Of The Internship

• Fluency in French and Portuguese is required. Polish and Spanish are a plus.
• Duration: 1 to 3 months (to be confirmed)
• Location: Onsite in Lisbon.
• Working hours: 7-hour shifts between 7 AM and 12 AM (Portuguese time), with two consecutive days off per week.
