French Customer Support – Banking Sector (No Sales)

Overview

We’ve officially started your recruitment process for a French-speaking position within the banking sector. This is not a sales role. Your main responsibility will be to assess and understand the customer experience with various banking services, entirely in French, through structured conversations and
- oriented interactions.

Location & Start Date

• Porto – Start date: 05/01/2026

Contract & Working Conditions

• Permanent contract from day one
• Work schedule: Monday to Saturday (maximum 3 Saturdays per month); Weekdays between 07:00 and 18:00; Saturdays from 08:30 to 12:00

Salary Package

• €903 base salary
• €25 monthly attendance bonus
• €6/day meal allowance (cash)
• €100 guaranteed performance bonus for the first 6 months
• After 6 months: performance bonus up to €400, depending on results
• 3 weeks of paid initial training

Requirements

• Fluent French (C2)
• Clean criminal record
• All education backgrounds accepted
