French Customer Support Agent – Automotive Digital Services
Location: Braga, Portugal

Role Overview
Join a growing international team supporting customers across Europe in the automotive digital services sector. As a French-speaking Customer Support Agent, you’ll help users navigate connected car technologies, resolve inquiries, and deliver a seamless digital experience—all while working in one of Portugal’s most vibrant cities.
Main Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Provide accurate information on digital automotive products, services, and account access.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or procedural issues related to digital platforms.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
- Stay informed about new product features, service updates, and company policies.
Requirements
- Fluent in French (C1–native level) and good English communication skills (B2 level minimum).
- Completion of secondary education (minimum 12th grade).
- Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk, or digital support is an advantage.
- Strong problem‑solving ability and attention to detail.
- Interest in the automotive and technology industries.
- Good command of digital tools and CRM systems.
- Eligible to work legally in Portugal (valid residence/work permit).
- Clean criminal record required for onboarding.

Work Schedule
