What You’ll Be Doing

• ? Chatting, ? emailing, and ? calling customers to assist with their questions
• ? Updating internal CRM tools with important info
• ? Building trust and strong relationships with every interaction
• ? Supporting customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
• ? Meeting performance goals in quality, efficiency, and service delivery
• ? Sharing feedback and ideas to help improve processes

What Makes You a Great Fit

• ? Proficiency in French
• ? English level B2
• ✅ You’re a strong communicator and great with people
• ? You’ve worked in customer service before (multichannel = a big plus!)
