Customer Support Agent – Automotive Enthusiast Wanted!

Do you love helping people and have a passion for great customer service? Join a dynamic team supporting users of a top global automotive brand. You’ll be the friendly voice (and chat!) behind a smooth, supportive customer experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Chatting, emailing, and calling customers to assist with their questions
• Updating internal CRM tools with important info
• Building trust and strong relationships with every interaction
• Supporting customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
• Meeting performance goals in quality, efficiency, and service delivery
• Sharing feedback and ideas to help improve processes

What Makes You a Great Fit

• Proficiency in French
• English level B2
• You’re a strong communicator and great with people
• You’ve worked in customer service before (multichannel = a big plus!)
• You’re organized, proactive, and love to solve problems
• You handle every customer with empathy and professionalism
• You’re a team player who collaborates with ease
