Mercier Consultancy Bulgaria is offering an exciting opportunity for a French Customer Support Agent at DJI in Lisbon. In this role, you will provide exceptional support to customers using DJI's products, including drones and cameras. Fluency in French is essential to assist customers with inquiries, product usage, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in French regarding DJI products and services
• Assist customers with product setup, usage instructions, and troubleshooting
• Provide detailed information about product features, specifications, and compatibility
• Document customer interactions clearly to support service improvement
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex issues
• Stay updated on new product releases and software updates
• Provide customer feedback to enhance products and services

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in customer support, especially in technology or electronics, is preferred
• Excellent communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction
• Technical aptitude, familiarity with drones or similar technology is a plus
• Problem-solving skills and patience for handling complex inquiries
• Proficiency with customer service software and online platforms
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed
