Role Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, handling inquiries through phone calls, emails, and live chat. Your mission will be to provide clear solutions, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly manner via phone, email, and chat

• EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card
