French Customer Support in Lisbon
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat
- Address and resolve customer inquiries related to products, services, and accounts in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate when necessary to appropriate departments
- Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on inquiries and maintaining effective communication
- Accurately update and manage customer accounts and interactions in the system
- Collaborate with team members and management to maintain a high standard of customer care
- Work flexible hours, including early and night shifts, with consecutive days off whenever possible
Requirements:
- Native French speaker (mandatory)
- C1 level of English (written and spoken) for internal communication
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus
- Strong communication and
- solving skills - Ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously
- Tech-savvy and comfortable working with customer support tools and systems
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts (early and night shifts) and meet business needs
