As an E-commerce Customer Support, you’ll be a vital touchpoint for users of a leading global

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Fluent in French (C2 level)


• Fluent in English (B2 level)


• EU Citizenship or Portuguese Residency Card


• 0-1 year of experience in customer support


• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
