Key Responsibilities:

1. Receive incoming calls from our customers.
2. Welcome and advise our customers.
3. Offer personalised solutions on every call.

Requirements:

• Native-level French and proficient English.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
• Detail-oriented with a
  - do attitude.
• Based in Porto.
• Holder of EU citizenship or equivalent.

Working Schedule:

• Monday to Saturday, 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM (Rotating shifts).
• Five working days with two days off, depending on shift schedules.
