Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Receive incoming calls from our customers.
2. Welcome and advise our customers.
3. Offer personalised solutions on every call.
4. Live the company's culture and share it on a daily basis with your colleagues.

Requirements:

1. Native-level French and proficient English.
2. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
3. Detail-oriented with a
   - do attitude.
4. Being based in Porto.
5. Holder of EU citizenship or work permit.

Working Schedule:

Monday to Saturday, 07:00 AM - 07:00 PM (Rotating shifts), five working days with two days off. Days-off are depending on the shift schedules.
