Join our team as a French-speaking Customer Support Video Content Analyst, assisting customers with subscription, billing, troubleshooting, and general inquiries while representing a leading telecom brand.

Your Role

As a Video Content Analyst (Customer Support), you will:

• Handle incoming calls
• Provide support on subscriptions, billing, and technical troubleshooting
• Offer personalized solutions with professionalism and empathy

Your Profile

• Native or C2-level French speaker
• No previous experience required, full training provided
• Strong communication skills and
  - oriented mindset
• Ability to adapt to rotational shifts and dynamic environments

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday, rotational shifts between 07:00-19:00
