Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with product‑related questions and account management.

- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service and satisfaction.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements.
Qualifications
- Native or fluent French speaker with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support is preferred but not required.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a passion for helping customers.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
