Role Overview

As an E-Commerce Customer Support Specialist, you will be a key connection point for users of a major global
- commerce platform. Your role will focus on ensuring a seamless and positive experience by managing customer interactions and resolving a variety of requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly manner through digital channels only
• Handle requests from buyers, sellers, and content creators, including order tracking, refunds, and platform navigation
