This job is support for a famous,
- cost European
-
- point airline. They use their cost advantage, operational efficiency and leading positions in primary airports to deliver low fares, seamlessly connecting Europe with the warmest welcome in the sky.

- office team, contributing to the seamless operations of a leading European airline.

Your responsabilities:

• Manage legal claims with different actors with lawyers, legal officers, and national enforcement bodies to properly assess the French - Speaking customer's claiming foundations.
• Understand the customer's unique situations and proceed with treatment and
  - up of their legal claims.
• Verify if transport operators are treating all passengers by their rights.

Our expectations:

• You speak French in proficiency (min C2)
• Intermediate English level (at least B1-B2)
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
• Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon
• You want to work in a back office area
• You are
  - motivated, and you like to work in the team

Main duties:

• Possible start on 25. 09
• Working schedule: Monday - Friday, 08:00h – 18:00h, full time, 40h/week
• Full time employment, 6 months
  - term renewable contract
• Private Health insurance with a dental plan (after 6 months of the contract)
• Work in our modern office in Parque das Nações
• Training is provided at the beginning of the work, previous experience is not required
• Back office job position - no inbound calls

You will deal directly with the Airline's legal department

Competetive Salary and bonuses:

• 900€ gross x14 months
• up to 175€ gross monthly performance bonus
• up to 50€ gross mothly project bonus
• €7. 23 NET/day meal allowance
• Signing bonus: €2000 (€500 paid after 3, 6, 9 & 12 months)

Relocation package:

• Flight Ticket Reimbursement after 6 months
• Possibility of accommodation in a
  - owned apartment
