Responsibilities

• Monitor transactions to identify suspicious activity
• Utilize smart tools and alerts to detect fraud
• Investigate cases and document findings clearly
• Analyze losses and contribute to developing better fraud prevention strategies
• Adhere to AML, KYC, and internal compliance standards
• Assist in enhancing fraud detection systems
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Customer Service teams
• Provide clear reports on findings to the team

Qualifications

• Proficiency in French (C2 level,
  - like fluency)
• English at B2 level (comfortable communication)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in
  - commerce fraud or customer service
• Investigative mindset; experience with fraud, abuse, or cybercrime is a plus
• Highly
  - oriented and organized
• Ability to gather and connect information from multiple sources
• Quick learner and proactive
• Results-focused problem solver
• Calm under pressure, effective in dispute resolution
• Careful and focused work approach
• Proficient in Word and Excel
