Responsibilities

• Monitor transactions to catch suspicious activity
• Use smart tools and alerts to detect fraud
• Investigate cases and document everything clearly
• Analyze losses and help build better
  - prevention strategies
• Follow AML, KYC, and internal compliance rules
• Support in improving fraud detection systems
• Work closely with Legal, Compliance, and Customer Service teams
• Share findings in clear reports with the team

Qualifications

• French: C2 level (native-like fluency)
• English: B2 level (comfortable communication)
• 2+ years of experience in
  - commerce fraud or customer service
• Investigative mindset (bonus if you’ve worked with fraud, abuse, or cybercrime)
• Super
  - oriented and organized
• Great at gathering and connecting information from multiple sources
• A quick learner who takes initiative
• Problem-solver with a focus on results
• Calm under pressure, good with disputes
• Works with care and focus
• Comfortable using Word and Excel
