What you will do in this role As a Senior O2C Specialist, you will: * Lead, manage and perform O2C operations: order management, billing, collections, cash application, and dispute resolution. * Prepare and Review AR aging reports, drive collection strategies, and reduce DSO. * Manage customer and internal stakeholder relationships, resolve escalated disputes, and negotiate payment terms. * Ensure compliance with Audit/SOX/internal controls, accounting standards, IFRS and tax implications. * Drive process automation, standardization, and efficiency initiatives. * Support

- end closing, reconciliations, and reporting to senior management. * Train and mentor junior O2C specialists to build a strong team. * Collaborate with
- functional teams (Sales, Logistics, Treasury, Tax). Your qualifications Concentrix is a great match if you: * Are fluent in English (written and spoken at C2 level) * Have 5-7 years of experience in O2C / AR / Finance Operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory/lead role. * Deep knowledge of O2C processes, financial controls, and compliance frameworks. * Have strong analytical and
- solving skills. * Have excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills. * Have
- on experience in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Net
Suite/Workday). * Have exposure to global business environments and
