Responsibilities

• Work with lawyers, legal officers, and National Enforcement Bodies (NEBs).
• Review and manage cases where passenger rights may not have been respected.
• Handle communications with NEBs in different countries.
• Ensure transport operators follow passenger rights regulations.
• Help resolve legal matters before they go to court.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluent in French, both written and spoken.
• Good English skills (B2 level).
• Attention to detail.
• Organized and reliable.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Comfortable working with legal and government bodies.
• International mindset and teamwork skills.
