We are currently hiring a French Marketing Optimization Specialist. The main purpose of this role is to act as an advisor for Ad
Words campaign optimization for our client’s projects. You will be part of a rapidly growing multilingual
- facing team.

The team will work onsite with internal teams for a leading online multinational company, responding to client leads and supporting the success of this project. You will receive extensive training to develop your skills in a professional, modern,

Your Responsibilities

• Implement optimization solutions: build campaigns for
  - value advertising clients;
• Create Keyword packs, bids, and budget suggestions;
• Gather and analyze data at account and campaign levels;
• Create reports to support or enhance optimization strategies;
• Apply optimization techniques aligned with customer goals across Search, Google Search Network (GSN), Mobile, and You
  Tube;
• Identify opportunities within accounts to assist sales teams and initiate conversations with agencies and clients;
• Maintain a thorough understanding of departmental processes and policies;
• Provide excellent customer service to Account Leads;
• Demonstrate innovation and intuition in identifying operational improvements.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and French;
• Experience in digital marketing (client service or account management);
• Ad
  Words Search fundamentals certification (preferred);
• Experience working in a B2B environment and active use of digital tools like Ad
  Words and online advertising platforms;
• Strong critical thinking, analysis, and attention to detail;
• Good work ethic, able to work independently and in team settings;
• Technologically savvy with the ability to learn and apply new products, processes, and policies;
• A passion for excellence and a commitment to quality customer service.
