Since its establishment, they have consistently and successfully fulfilled their mission of creating inclusive and differentiated teams of experts providing help for customers across many other professional domains. **About the project**:You will be providing services for clients of Supercell, a Finnish mobile game development company based in Helsinki. The company has fully released five mobile games: _Hay Day_, _Clash of Clans_, _Boom Beach_, _Clash Royale_, and _Brawl Stars_, which are freemium
- paced games and have been very successful for the company, the first two generating revenue of €2 million per day in 2013. **Your tasks**:
- Content moderation of chats via
- house software;



- Content moderation of any content that customers may be exposed to when using Supercell products;



- Analyzing customer behavior and making decisions based on policies;



- Analysis of customers in the event of suspicious behavior that violates the terms of use or affects the security of customers;



- Analysis of cases of fraud in competitions and e
Sports;



- Identify
- risk situations such as child abuse, terrorism, smuggling, suicide threats, possible school shootings, etc;



**What you need**:
- Fluency in German (must be at least C1)- Communicative level of English ( at least B2)- You live in Lisbon, Portugal or you are ready to
- Ability to communicate clearly and
