Key responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for the review, classification, and elimination of content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels.
• You need to understand and stay updated on changing client policies and guidelines.
• You will investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team.
• Serve as an advocate for the user community.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
• Engage in continuous training and workgroup discussions for role development.
• Discuss socially sensitive topics to keep communities safe.

Minimum qualifications:

• Completed compulsory education.
• Native or fluent in French OR Italian and fluent in English (mandatory).
• Strong coping, emotional resilience, and
  - management skills.
• Attention to detail, critical thinking, and
  - making skills.
• Passion for the internet, online platforms, and internet culture.
• Ability to work independently and in a team, including different shifts/rotations.
