We are looking for a

French Project Manager.

MAIN TASKS:

• Manage and oversee IT projects, ensuring
  
  on-time,
  - budget, and
  - quality deliveries.
• Act as the
  
  primary point of contact
  
  between technical teams, business stakeholders, and clients, primarily in French.
• Gather, analyze, and document
  
  business and IT requirements.
• Develop and propose solutions aligned with business needs.
• Coordinate and motivate
  
  multifunctional and international teams.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate
  
  project risks and impediments.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate
  - up meetings, project steering committees, and alignment workshops.
• Ensure the
  
  application of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Support task prioritization and strategic planning of activities.
• Participate in the
  
  continuous improvement of processes, tools, and work methods.
• Promote clear, effective, and transparent communication among all parties involved.

YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS

:

• Native French speaker.
• Proven experience in
  
  IT project management
  
  and/or
  
  IT business development.
• Strong ability to
  
  coordinate and engage international teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in
  
  requirements gathering, solution definition, and project delivery tracking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized,
  - oriented, and able to prioritize multiple tasks.

Hybrid position based in Lisbon.
