We are looking for a talented and accomplished Training & Quality Manager to be responsible for supervising an assigned team to meet or exceed client/corporate goals.

In this role, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Delivering training to new classes according to client and Foundever standards.
- Building and updating training materials for existing associates.
- Leading communication with the client regarding training updates, plans, and feedback.
- Maintaining strong relationships with the client, ensuring expectations are met and concerns addressed.
- Owning the Training Road Map Tracker, ensuring accuracy and alignment with program requirements.
- Monitoring training progress, identifying gaps, and implementing corrective actions.
- Providing updates and insights on training to support program success.
- Ensuring training and development initiatives address client quality goals.
- Representing the role in meetings and conference calls, including Weekly Business Reviews (WBRs).
- Providing information for the Monthly Quality Report.
- Participating in meetings with supervisors and team leaders to discuss monitoring and training outcomes.
- Spending at least half a day per week as a CSR to maintain field experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Native or proficient level of French - mandatory
- Intermediate proficiency in Word and Excel
- Effective interpersonal, coaching, and leadership skills
- Excellent communication skills (telephone, keyboard, verbal, written)
- Strong numeric and verbal reasoning skills
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Sales skills
- People-oriented attitude
- Professional gravitas
- Experience with policy work
- Early adoption of technology
- Dependability and reliability with minimal supervision
- Ability to interact positively across all staff levels
- Must hold EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
- Be a local candidate or willing to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal
- Availability to work
- time from the Sete Rios site – mandatory - Availability to work from 9 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday – mandatory
Education and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Experience as a Quality Manager, Trainer, or similar role
