We are looking for a French Quality Analyst to ensure that all external and internal requirements are met. You will monitor procedures and outputs, and identify mistakes or
- conformities.

As a Quality Analyst, your daily responsibilities will include:

1. Monitoring CSR performance through call reviews and evaluations.
2. Providing feedback to CSRs to improve service quality.
3. Participating in meetings with supervisors and project leaders.
4. Reporting script issues and assisting in monitoring specific programs.
5. Communicating with supervisors about program changes and CSR performance.
6. Creating and executing monthly call monitoring plans.
7. Contributing data for monthly quality reports.
8. Providing feedback to the training department on monitoring issues.
9. Acting as a CSR at least half a day weekly to maintain experience.
10. Participating in calibration sessions to align scoring and call interpretation.
11. Ensuring compliance with security policies.

To succeed, you will need:

1. Native or proficient French (C2) - mandatory
2. Advanced English (C1-C2) - both verbal and written
3. Good organizational and time management skills
4. Ability to work with diverse backgrounds
5. Judgment,
   - solving, and influencing skills
6. Effective project management and organizational skills
7. Ability to give constructive feedback
8. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
9. EU citizenship or valid work permit for Portugal
10. Willingness to relocate to Lisbon, Portugal (on-site work)

Education and experience:

1. Minimum 1 year in BPO or customer service
2. At least one professional certification or completed education
