Your responsibilities and impact as a Sales Associate will be:

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, web contact, and orders, including order fulfillment and
  - sales activities.
• Call and qualify new potential clients and leads.
• Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Upselling and
  - selling.
• Build and enrich the customer database.
• Create business opportunities and increase revenue from accounts.
• Maintain close communication with the team to share information.
• Provide
  - hoc support as needed.
• Be a team player and contribute to the success of the team and project.

Skills, qualifications, and interests needed to succeed in this role:

• Native level of French; good level of English is a plus.
• Motivated, reliable, and committed to your work.
• Previous experience in sales.
• A drive for excellence and professionalism.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team player willing to work with many nationalities.

Additional requirements and benefits:

• EU Citizenship or valid work permit/residency card is mandatory.
• Long-term fixed contract, renewable annually.
• Working hours: 40h/week (8h/day), Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts depending on the project.
• Salary options: €1040 gross/month with free accommodation (shared flat, all bills included) or €1240 gross/month without accommodation.
• Private health insurance after 6 months.
• Relocation support: reimbursement of initial flight expenses after 9 months, airport pickup, and biannual flights back home within the EU.
• Support with paperwork, bank account opening, etc. , upon arrival.
