Requirements:

• Fluent level of French and proficiency in English.
• Great organizational, time management, and

• Knowledge and practical understanding of the Customer Service workflow.
• Ability to make decisions independently and to work in a
  - paced environment.
• Experience in Customer Service or Hospitality will be valued.
