Your responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat
• Manage orders, returns, and product inquiries
• Provide product knowledge and practical solutions
• Apply upselling techniques to improve customer experience

Requirements

• Native/C2 level French
• B2 level English
• Strong communication &
  - solving skills
• Positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
• Valid work permit for Portugal

• Base Salary: €900/month (x14 months/year)
• Performance Bonus: €100/month (11x months/year)

Schedule

• Monday–Saturday | 07:00–17:00 (rotational shifts)
• Days off: Sunday + 1 rotating day
