About the Role

We are hiring French-speaking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Lisbon. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, providing clear solutions, and ensuring a positive service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in French.
• Assist customers with
  - related services in a professional and friendly manner.
• Provide clear, accurate, and timely responses via phone, email, or chat.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain service quality standards.
• Work in a
  - oriented environment with rotational schedules.

Requirements

• Native or fluent in French.
• No English is required for this position.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts (Monday
  Saturday).
• Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.

Work Schedule

• Monday to Friday(rotational shifts)

Contract

• Contract type: Permanent (with 3-month trial period)
• Health insurance from day 1 (with a small contribution; free after 6 months).
