Job Description:

As a Customer Support Representative , you will:

• Assist customers across multiple channels, addressing their inquiries regarding subscriptions, billing, technical troubleshooting, and other topics.
• Deliver clear and effective solutions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain professionalism and empathy while supporting customers through their concerns.

Requirements:
No previous experience required! We welcome individuals who are eager to learn and thrive in a
- facing role.

• Are native or C2-level proficient in French.
• Can communicate clearly and efficiently in a customer support environment.

Location & Work Schedule:

• On-site position in Porto, Portugal.
• Monday to Saturday rotating shifts, between 7 AM - 7 PM.
• Private medical insurance after 4 months.
• Transportation reimbursement of up to €40 per month.
• Open exclusively to local candidates (residing around Porto).
