Overview

French Speaker - Frontoffice Agent at Bosch Home Comfort Portugal. Location: Lisbon, Portugal. Employment type: Full-time. Start date: By agreement. Legal entity: Bosch Security Systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle and document outbound calls.
• Contact customers by phone to remind them to consent for their data to be in the client’s database.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: French language (C2 level at least).
• English (at least B1 level, written communication).
• Personality: you are a talented communicator, fully committed and solution oriented, a team player with interest in the automotive industry.
• Working method: friendly, organized and customer oriented.
• Experience and
  - how: not required, but ideally some experience in customer services and handling inbound and/or outbound calls.

Location & Work Details

Lisbon, Portugal. Data about start date and working hours may be agreed upon. Full-time position with a local Bosch legal entity.
