French Speaker -User Support Coordinator
Overview
As a Customer Support Representative, you will address customer inquiries across multiple channels regarding subscriptions, billing, technical troubleshooting, and other topics. You will deliver clear and effective solutions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, maintaining professionalism and empathy throughout interactions.

Requirements
- No previous experience required. We welcome individuals who are eager to learn and thrive in a
- facing role. - You are native or C2-level proficient in French.
- Able to communicate clearly and efficiently in a customer support environment.
Location & Work Schedule
- On-site position in Porto, Portugal.
- Monday to Saturday rotating shifts, between 7 AM – 7 PM.
