What You'll Do:

1. Provide excellent support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat.
2. Resolve customer inquiries and provide technical assistance, ensuring efficient and empathetic solutions.
3. Collaborate with
   - functional teams to resolve more complex issues and improve the overall customer experience.
4. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions, ensuring timely
   - up and issue resolution.
5. Stay informed about product updates and company services to provide the most current information.
6. Offer valuable feedback to continuously improve support processes and service quality.

What We're Looking For:

• Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential.
• Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not required—we provide full training.
• Strong communication skills and a
  - first attitude.
• Problem-solving ability and a positive, patient approach to assisting customers.
• EU citizenship or Portuguese passport is required for this position (due to visa/work permit regulations).
