French Customer Support Specialist –Lisbon | Portugal
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality inbound support via phone, email, or chat for home appliances such as washing machines, ovens, and refrigerators.
- Assist customers with installation guidance, product usage, maintenance tips, and troubleshooting common issues.
- Offer support regarding warranty details, service bookings, and repair coordination.
- Deliver clear, empathetic, and professionalresponses to technical inquiries, ensuring a smooth and reassuring customer experience.
- Escalate complex cases or unresolved issues to specialized teams while maintaining ownership and

Requirements
- Fluency in French (C1/C2) and strong English communication skills (B2 or higher).
- Excellent communication, listening, and

- Confidence in navigating digital tools, CRM systems, and support platforms.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is a plus, particularly within consumer electronics or home appliances.
