French Speaking Accessibility Lead (Porto, Portugal)

We are looking for an Accessibility Lead for a hybrid project based in Porto (2x/week).

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of accessibility specialists (2–3 people).
• Plan, prioritize and monitor accessibility audit activities.
• Perform advanced accessibility audits according to WCAG 2. 2 and RGAA.
• Translate audit results into actionable recommendations for product teams.
• Communicate findings and progress with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Contribute to awareness sessions, workshops, and training about accessibility.
• Stay up to date with accessibility laws and regulations (RGAA, European Accessibility Act, etc. ).

Requirements

• 4 to 6+ years of experience in front‑end development, QA, UX or digital accessibility.
• Proven knowledge of WCAG 2. 2 and RGAA criteria.
• Solid understanding of assistive technologies (screen readers, keyboard navigation, contrast tools).
• Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize tasks and coordinate a small team.
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in French and English – minimum B2.
• Bonus: IAAP certification (CPACC, WAS, or ADS).
• Good level of English and French is mandatory (min B2).
