Software Sales Expert Opportunity

Job Description:

Your key responsibilities as a Software Sales Expert will be to establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• A native level of French and a fluent level of English (at least B2-C1).
• Previous experience in Online Sales and/or Digital Marketing (2 years).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of MS Office and use of voicemail and electronic mail systems.
• A proactive mindset with regards to identifying issues and opportunities as well as communication with clients.
• Strong attention to details and
  - up skills.
• A drive for excellence and professionalism.
