French-Speaking (C1) Airline Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
- Assist customers with airline bookings, policies, and problem resolution.
- Manage queries across multiple communication channels.
- Deliver solutions efficiently, ensuring customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a contact center (mandatory).
- Fluency in French (C1) and English (B2).
- Ability to work rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday, 08:00-21:00, 2 days off).
- Valid documentation allowing employment in Portugal
- High school completion diploma
