Responsibilities

• Assist customers with airline bookings, policies, and problem resolution.
• Manage queries across multiple communication channels.
• Deliver solutions efficiently, ensuring customer loyalty.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a contact center (mandatory).
• Fluency in French (C1) and English (B2).
• Ability to work rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday, 08:00-21:00, 2 days off).
• Valid documentation allowing employment in Portugal
• High school completion diploma
