Mercier Consultancy BG is seeking a French Speaking Consultant for our Video Streaming Platform, based in Lisbon. The role involves serving as a key resource for French-speaking clients, assisting them with our advanced video streaming solutions to meet their needs. Responsibilities include onboarding, training, and ongoing support to ensure a seamless user experience. Ideal candidates will have a passion for technology and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Guide French-speaking clients through onboarding and provide tailored training on our platform.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and challenges.
Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and suggest platform improvements.
Stay updated on industry trends in video streaming to provide relevant insights.
Accurately document client interactions and contribute to client resources.
Proactively seek ways to improve the client experience.
Fluent in French and English, with excellent communication skills in both.
Experience in customer service, consultancy, or related roles, especially in tech or video streaming.
Knowledge of video streaming technologies and digital content platforms.
Strong analytical skills to identify client needs and propose solutions.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster lasting client relationships.
